This matter was mentioned to Dr. Sloss when he came here this morning. Dr. Sloss agreed with the names proposed for the Committee in Hong Kong but recommended that that of Dr. Fehily should be added.

On the assumption that the proposal that the Committee should be constituted in Hong Kong is agreed, I have added a draft telegram to the C.C.A.0., Hong Kong, on the lines suggested by Mr.Roberts Wray in his minute of 11th October.
